Beginning Experience (BE) Singapore is a peer ministry for the widowed, divorced and permanently separated individuals to facilitate the resolution of the grief surrounding the end of a marriage/relationship. The program was started in 1988 by our Spiritual Director, Sister Margaret Syn, a Canossian nun.
The purpose of the BE ministry is to help these single-again people to come to terms with their loss and heal, so that they are free to love themselves, others and most of all, God.
We believe that through resolving the grief of a significant loss, individuals participate in the death and resurrection of Christ as he lives in the world today; that those working through this experience can effectively walk with others for whom the experience is new and hard; and that the invitation to recover offers an opportunity for transforming his/her life, and for freeing individuals from guilt, anger and low self esteem.
We offer quality, copyrighted, grief resolution programs presented by our members who have all gone through the pain of losing a loved one. These programs are designed to move grieving people through a transformational process to a new beginning in their lives. The BE program is registered and copyrighted by BE International Ministry, USA.
